when you take a look at newyork city and most of the city's in the world they don't popout money from their poket to put up those buildings. even the malls and all the bigger projects. some of the owners are already rich some are not but their wealth is the idear. let's say Accra is very croudy no surficiant acomodation so you have a plot in good airial in Accra you tell your bank you want to put up a building about ten or fifteen story either for cffices or acomodation the bank has their people who knows beter what ll be useful so when you agree with the bank the ll award the contract and psy cash to the constructor in a year or two the Job is over. then the propaty will be giving to an agent. the will rent it to people then every month some money gos to the bank some to the owners account and the agents are the ones who pay the cleaners security then some Years to come the will hand over to you. after they get their money. but bleave you me Ghanaian leaders have no that faith. Nana knows about all this but they will never give opotunity to Africans. all the beautiful city's that we are seeing is build that way.

Please, if you have no plans to develop the Boankra Inland Port, kindly release 400 acre land back to the poor farmers. It's been over 15 years since the project started but the project has come to a screeching halt. The Administration building that was put up is rotting away. Our leaders are disgusting and visionless. The is one project that can easily create over thousand jobs , not counting jobs from the peripheral businesses; hotels, restaurants, stores etc.
