Thus if it were a locally coined expression, then I would advise you to use the appropriate punctuation to state that claim. That is why historians can use a word like the Asantehene in a formal writing without inverted commas. Many learned people including University English Lecturers, foreign Journalists, accomplished Lawyers and the likes visit ghanaweb okay? Go away with your J.S.S and high school level grammar. Humility is the key to success. Living in Europe or north America and having access to computer does not make you the most intelligent Ghanaian.
