This exercise is long overdue. Accra should be made to look like the capital city of Ghana. Well done AMA. Make this exercise on regular schedule .

If they sustain this by the time the next election comes around they would have found alternatives or other businesses and would forget this evacuation with all their treats. its when they relax and wait till close to elections to carry this out that they will get hurt at the polls.

Akufo Addo said he would work towards making Accra the most beautiful city on the continent. He never said structures at the Nkrumah overpass should be demolished. Leave Akuffo Addo out of this stupidity. How many times didn't you use the demolition exercise to no avail in the past? Try new things. FOOLS

Your comment shows clearly that you are naive....get some education on when circle became a market place. Ofui....Who was the president of Ghana when Salifu Amankwaa was in charge of Circle? Find out whether or not hawkers were selling on the pavement in that era. Some of you foolishly come to this platform to spew utter nonsense out of ignorance. We are sick and tired of your foolish hatred for the NPP.

If the supply side method has not worked in the past, why doesn't the AMA try the demand sode approach? Just arrest and prosecute people who buy from these wayside traders; the illegal business will stop.

I support the demolishing 100 percent. Ghanaians are too dirty. The whole of Accra is becoming a ghetto by hawkers.

Its a blight on the beauty of the interchange. Sankara looks much nicer and the sorroundings well taken care of. A lot of work remains to be done at the new Nkrumah interchange apart from the hawkers issue.

The attraction of these young guys to Accra is because they want to see the sea and enjoy beach life. Send them back to Kumasi and other forest hide-outs. Accra is not for Akans only.
