When Kwaku Baako informed us about the atrocities of Kwesi Pratt during PNDC Regime, some of us did not believe until the truth was confirmed during the NRC. Kwesi Pratt is the most dangerous Journalist Ghana had ever have, he had the gut to recommend his fellow journalists to be executed by PNDC. Pratt even recommended Baako to be killed by the regime, thank God Baako was instead touchered violently and severely but his life was spared. This is what Kwesi Pratt can do. Now Pratt is a secret agent to NDC and US Embassy in Ghana. May God forgive Pratt and spare him the untold evils that will come upon him and his generations. The souls of those journalist killed through Pratt's recommendations to PNDC will never forgive Pratt. My understanding is that the tourist or visitors visa requires that the visa holder stays for a maximum 6 months for each visit.

If that is true, then it means they people who overstayed this period of time had breached the law.
The one who applied for the visa and the sponsor are therefore liable to punishment.

It is entirely up to the discretion of their immigration officer. Having a visa does not automatically qualify you to enter into a country. It is a privilege they are giving and not a right. The MP's who violated that privile ...

It is not like in Ghana where there are two sets of laws. If you break a law you will be published. It's that simple. Ghana itself is overloaded with illegal immigrants from all over and that is the national problematic concerns that Mr Baaako should be worried about.
