    , one critical issue is value addition. Can we processed maize into cereal that is preferred over US branded cereal. We should be strategic.

    This seems a laudable initiative. However, there is the need to integrated agricultural insurance as an integral part of this intervention If not farmers' efforts may amount to nothing if drought, floods.
