Fertilisers should be given to people who show documents or prove that they are farmers and shouldn't be the case fertilizers were given to NDC executives or officials and sold to farmers at a cost thrice the actual cost

subsidy might not reflect in increase production my opinion if the other part of the subsidy will be paid to traders, I promise poor farmers will not get these fertilizers. the traders will pretend it finish and take the money and sell to other country who will offer high

AND SO WHAT MINISTER? METCHEEWWWW!!! The agrochemicals application on food crops in terms of production and on weeds, I don't buy it, I have never bought it and will forever not buy it. You guys are killing us with these fertilizers application on everything. 20
