This is a potential multi-million dollar industry waiting to explode gargantuanly if the right investment is made.
Apart from the coconut juice which can be packaged preservative-free and as an organic drink, there is use for the coconut husk, as well as coconut oil from the fruit, with very wide application in cosmetics, the food industry etc, etc.
So what are we going to do about it, to create the market for this tropical fruit worth potentially millions and millions of dollars?
