    The company can give reasonable amount to cater for him but the whole of his life. The government has to come in to help because money was paid to the government before the billboard was put out there

    Sad! There should be enough competent lawyers in Ghana to file a suit against the company that erected the billboard so as to claim a life-long compensation for the victim, although money cannot replace the damage caused.
