I hope we don't treat this case differently than others because the man is a foreigner and because Otiko Djaba has threatened to take legal action,Otiko Djaba is nobody,she has no clue what she is doing,disgrace to Ghana to see a minister going to restaurant to threaten restaurant owners over work place incident.

It is unfortunate this man will not get justice,to remand him for a whole week alone shows we have thrown fair trial to the dogs, the world is watching us.

Imagine what he did was done to your sister, would you want a bail for him? Ghanaians have been taken for granted by Indians, Chinese and Dirty Arabs. Yes, the minister must protect the interest of Ghanaians. Imagine a Ghanaian did that in Lebanon or South Africa. That idiot needs to be imprisoned in Ghana and deported after his sentence.

How on earth can you remand him in police custody for a whole week for assault when the law allows even murderers to get bail,people murdered and walking freely but we are jailing somebody for assault for a whole week,others are watching us,let us not cry one day if Ghanaians are treated the same way somewhere one day,shame on us.

You can listen to the tape in her own words to see if this case justify what some of you are saying,she is a stereotype of person,even in America here we clean our work places,offices before going home we don't leave the rooms messy because we have cleaners,and restaurants don't close like normal companies,her motivation is money as you can see from her utterances and as some of you are urging her to do,where she lives alone can tell, nobody is saying what happened was right but the way we are handling it is even worse than what happens in Taliban jurisdiction seeing ministers going to restaurant to fight,to intimidate and harass restaurant owners because they are foreigners.

This is no Taliban jurisdiction. If it were elsewhere, the man would have been killed. Can a Ghanaian do that in Malaysia or Indonesia? Disrespect to Ghanaian workers by these foreigners have gone on for far too long and nothing happens. This is the time to act. I believe in the law but the judge at his/her discretion can put such a criminal in police or prison custody for a long time as the status of the health of the woman is evaluated. What about if the criminal skips bail and flee the country. I wish the Ghanaians in the police custody will deal with him just like they do in the USA if one is remanded for committing some crimes against minors and women.
