    The mere fact that Oye-Lithur and Rachel Appoh weren't in good terms doesn't mean that all other females heading the ministries and their deputies would be at loggerheads.

    THE WRITER IS NOT WHOLLY CORRECT. THIS IS BECAUSE, APOH WAS REPLACED BY ANOTHER FEMALE MP FROM THE VOLTA REGION. IT IS NOT ALWAYS THE CASE.
