    How can parliament ask a minister designate to write two letters in place of vetting when a whole president cannot even write a mere inauguration ceremony speech?

    Dear Commentator, your last sentence is vague!!! Let's review our proceedures. US Senators do not ask potential Ministers to give détails of their private and personal affairs.
