Copyright laws allow people to use other persons work 70 years after their death without quoting them. That statement was first made by Woodrow Wilson who died over 70 years ago. Bush used it in 2001 without crediting him, so its not wrong for Nana Addo to use it without a credit. By law it is not plagiarism. Why didn't the Americans say Bush has plagiarised Woodrow? Ghanaians and gullibility
