    This is not some secret cabal suggestions where he has to talk to Nana in private. Nduom is trying to set a national agenda on something that never have happened (no taxes for presidents). Doesn't make sense at all.

    "Shall be exempted" Not Equal "Will be exempted."

    Constitution does not say president will be exempted from taxes. Nduom doesn't understand law.

    “may” indicates a permission;
    “can” indicates a possibility or a capability.
