I AGREE WITH YOU ON THIS. HE IS TOO CORRUPT, SO IT DOESN'T REALLY MATTER WHAT HE DOES, CORRUPTION OVERULES IT. CORRUPTION KILLS THE PEOPLE, AND THAT IS WHAT THEY WERE DOING, AND THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE.

The model assumes the masses are stupid and can be manipulated: use propaganda and show projects to pretend progress. Never admit failure and blame your opposition as the cause for all difficulties . Insult and demonize your opponents as incapable of doing the job you are doing . Over look the corruption of your party members as a way of controlling them against potential challenges within your party. Sanction criminal foot soldiers to attack the opposition. Buy key opinion leaders to shut them up. Give cash to the masses during elections and whip up support,
JDM and the NDC followed this communication model to a T even when the facts showed they have lost the election on December 8, they held hope of a miracle until the evening of December 9 whey they couldn't escape the obvious. What JDM and the NDC did not understand about this out dated communication model was that the Ghanaian voters were more intelligent than sssumed and they were not living in an oppressive political environment like the Soviet Union or PNDC.
Ghanaian voters showed by their votes that " no one can make them be what they want them to be ; they rebelled"!!! They showed them bellyfuls that they have the ultimate power!!!!!
