Up till today, NOBODY has been found responsible for that. The District Assembly, the Nsawam Police and the EPA all knew that business was going on in the vicinity. Due to official corruption, incompetence and sheer disregard to the lives and property of the people, government has turned a blind eye. When you have a corrupt government dressed in incompetence, you get a recipe for disaster.
