    The government can only do that for government buses but not privately owned commercial vehicles. Ghana is a capitalist country. Gov't can only prescribe fares for commercial cars if they can do so for other sectors of the ...

    What are they saying,if the gov'ment think is good to discuss transport fares then what about house rent which consumes almost all our income?
