SO HOW DO WE ALLOW RECRUITS WHO ARE NOT FROM BOLIGA TO ADD THEIR VOTES TO THAT OF BOLIGA CONSTITUENCY. THEY CAN CHANCE THE ORDINARY RESULTS OF THE PARLIAMENTARY ELECTION FOR BOLGA AND THAT WOULD BE UNFAIR AND UNJUST.

Meanwhile his people in the Volta region are unemployed after voting over and over for a party that has no clue in creating jobs to improve their livelihood. I hope the good people in the Volta region vote for change and hope this time around.

Cutting your nose to spite your face due to some historical nonsense is the downfall of the Volta region and has not giving them any bargaining power and the much needed progress in the area.

It is a commonsense. We don't need any physical and violent approach to stop unqualified people to vote.

So far as other reports and information are concerned, the EC provided a list of voters at that polling station to the party agents. And then Bus loads of recruits arrive from their training base in Talensi or wherever, with the EC Official bringing out a second list of voters (most probably that of these bussed in Police recruits) on the voting day. Crosschecking showed that the recruits do not belong to this particular polling station. What ensued is all known.

But, if there is truly a polling station at the police training camp in Talensi, why do the recruits have to be bussed to another place, to vote? And why did EC not provide the list of these young recruits to their proposed polling station?
The only person(institution) to be blamed is the EC.
I refuse to accept, or acknowledge that the EC has not even ONE COMPETENT
person to do the right thing. Is EC above the law that stipulates EC to provide that list latest 42 days ahead of the voting day?
The EC has created the opportunity for people to suspect foul play.

Does it mean that the authorities did not plan in advance where they will store the election vote? This haphazard way of doing things is creating ball the problems.I think the EC must up its game. Dr Bokor, you call this monumental failure on the part of the EC on the special voting as glitches! Instead of you using your writings to advise your incompetent NDC government on good governance and prudent economic management, you have used all your write-ups to attack Akuffo Addo unnecessarily.NDC can never win any genuine elections in Ghana unless through fraudulent means. Ghanaians are not going to allow the rigging that took place in the elections in 2012 to happen again in 2016. If special voting is taking two days, then we can imagine the number of days that it would take for the actual elections on Dec 7. In 2016, the opposition party will not allow stuffing of ballot boxes in the night, changing of pink sheets figures and importing of foreigners from Togo, Burkina Faso and Ivory coast to vote in our elections.All these glitches are the manifestations of rigging processes put in place by the EC.
