    So what is his contribution to the interchange? He rather benefited from over-bloating the cost of the project and pocketing money we have to pay for in the future.

    Didn't Kuffour go to the UK looking for Loan in a saloon? Should Ghana remain like a Village and spend all the money on social interventions? I arrived at Kotoka airport and for the first time happy for Ghana.
