Ovation thrives on selling magazines full of glossy pictures. For this reason, Mr blockhead Momodu here, only sees the achievements of Mahama through the lens of his camera. Let's face it, how do you take the picture of people who cannot sleep at night due to money worries or the pictures of cocoa farmers and contractors who haven't been paid for months on end? Seriously, how does this Nigerian 'tokubele', who only sees physical objects, capture declining health care or someone who cannot feed his family because he remains unemployed? Mahama has lost focus on every facet of nation building and concentrated in the easy area of development where any fool can excel. Unsurprisingly, this is the one area where inflated contracts and kickbacks are the order of the day. Our monies are paying for all the posters and huge billboards depicting our current president and his cronies. Very sad indeed.

Dele Momodu should stay focused on his core business of showcasing celebrities and avoid dabbling into politics. He has exhibited his ignorance of the dynamics of our body polity . Whereas Ghanaians are critiquing the quantum of money spent on the infrastructure projects, Dele Momodu is swayed by the structural edifices Mahama is cunningly robbing Ghanaians off. The nkrumah interchange even though laudable, one can comfortably argue that we are not getting value for money .
This project is reported to cost the nation about $180million which was Originally supposed to have commenced from Paloma and end at Obetsebi lamptey circle. However, a comparison of this Nkrumah interchange and a 42km sea bridge linking Qindao and two islands cost the Chinese government $1.5bn .where then is the justification of constructing an inland interchange priced at $180million ? Clearly we are being short changed through sole sourcing.
Again what is the justification of constructing an airport runway at $100million at Tamale, when Ethiopia is constructing same at less than $30million ?
What is the rational behind building new hospitals when the existing ones lack medicines and equipment? The psychiatric hospital lacks basic drugs yet millions are spent on bus branding.
Dele Momodu is simply singing his paymasters tune and that is not going to change the minds of the millions of voters who have lost their jobs and businesses across the country.
