Please understand what time it is, this Donald Trump presidential candidacy.
Our sense is, this is no time for Africans to cozy up with racists, no matter where they live. Kobina Arthur Kennedy/Kwame Dankwah did just that. And that is his/their right, of course.
And those are just our opinions!
We wrote our essay before this short essay from Politico:

TITLE: Obama calls out Trump for lying about him

“In the last two days, they had so little confidence in his self control, they said we’re just gonna take away your Twitter. Now, if somebody can’t handle a Twitter account, they can’t handle the nuclear codes," Obama said.
Obama calls out Trump for lying about him
By SARAH WHEATON 11/06/16 04:37 PM EST
President Barack Obama wanted to personally set the record straight on Sunday after Donald Trump falsely accused the president of yelling at a protester days earlier.
“The point is, he thought it was OK to just lie,” Obama said at a campaign rally for Hillary Clinton in Kissimmee, Florida. “Wasn’t even trying to be sneaky about it. That says something about how unacceptable behavior has become normal.”
Obama recalled his event two days earlier in North Carolina, when he urged a crowd to go easy on a protester, apparently an elderly veteran, saying the man had earned their respect and had a right to free speech. Later that night, however, Trump told his own crowd that Obama “spent so much time screaming at a protester.”
Media organizations quickly called Trump out for, as one CNN headline put it, the “wild misrepresentation,” and PolitiFact gave Trump a “pants on fire." But Obama clearly wanted to set the record straight himself, saying Trump “just made it up.”
“Didn’t just make it up,” Obama continued, “but said the exact opposite of what happened, with impunity.”
Obama took the contrast a step further after the event. He met with J.J. Holmes, a 12-year-old boy with cerebral palsy who was removed from a Trump rally in Tampa on Saturday. Holmes was protesting Trump for mocking people with disabilities, and the crowd starting pushing against his wheelchair, according to the boy’s mother.
It was Obama’s fourth campaign event in Florida in just 10 days, so he was clearly looking for fresh fodder to go after Trump. He seized on a nugget from a report in The New York Times that the Republican candidate’s staff had to take control of the candidate’s Twitter account in the campaign’s waning days.
“Apparently his campaign has taken his Twitter,” Obama told the crowd at Osceola County Stadium. “In the last two days, they had so little confidence in his self control, they said we’re just gonna take away your Twitter. Now, if somebody can’t handle a Twitter account, they can’t handle the nuclear codes."
Another news item broke during Obama’s remarks: that the FBI won’t be recommending charges against Clinton or her aides based on the new trove of emails found on Anthony Weiner’s computer. In that sense, this Orlando swing was a closing of the circle, of sorts, for Obama: news of Comey’s letter to Congress about the new evidence emerged just before Obama flew to Orlando to stump for Clinton on Oct. 28. He hasn’t brought up the emails at any of the rallies since then.
Obama was in the Orlando area in part to help drive Puerto Rican turnout in a state that has already seen especially high early voting numbers among Hispanics — he made sure to remind the crowd about his nomination of Justice Sonia Sotomayor, of Puerto Rican heritage. His message, boosting both Clinton and Rep. Patrick Murphy’s bid against Sen. Marco Rubio (R-Fla.), is becoming increasingly familiar. He was in Orlando just eight days ago, and over the past week, he’s also campaigned in Miami and Jacksonville.
According to a count by CBS’ Mark Knoller, Sunday marked Obama’s 14th rally for Clinton. On Monday, he’s slated to head to Michigan, New Hampshire and Pennsylvania.

Jason Johnson caught on to Trump and Africa back on April!
READ THIS:
Africa? What Africa? Donald Trump Barely Mentions Entire Continent During Foreign Policy Speech
It has 54 countries, many of which are strategic partners with the United States, but Trump barely mentioned Africa at all.
Jason Johnson
BY: JASON JOHNSON
Posted: April 29, 2016
"Donald Trump gave his first official foreign policy speech in Washington, D.C., on Wednesday and reminded Americans that his understanding of world affairs is just short of a “Street Fighter” world map.
To Trump the world is a brightly colored, dangerous place full of bad guys whom Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama have ignored, coddled or abetted. He suggested that the United States get out of NATO, saying that the treaty with our European allies had outlived its usefulness. He said that he could get the Middle East back in line with “better deals,” and he said that he would finally put an end to China’s, and much of Asia’s, unfair trade policies.
What he didn’t do, however, was lay out any policy vision for the continent of Africa. (The only mention came when Trump discussed the 1998 U.S. Embassy bombings in Africa, mispronouncing Tanzania as “Tan-ZANE-nee-ya.”)
Africa, that big continent in the middle of the world, which includes 54 nations, is apparently not part of the grand vision that Trump’s presidency will be enacting. Which might actually be a good thing, because what little we do know about how Trump looks at Africa would make for tone-deaf, foolish, horrible foreign policy.
The American public has a funny relationship with foreign policy during presidential-election years. On the one hand, since 9/11, voters desperately want a candidate who makes them feel safe. On the other hand, most voters’ eyes still glaze over if discussions of foreign policy involve anything beyond which country we’re currently bombing (the ratings prove it). However, that hasn’t meant that presidents and candidates have been lax in their foreign policy talks, especially with the African continent.
Both George W. Bush and Barack Obama as candidates and presidents spoke about engaging with African nations economically, for security purposes and to battle HIV/AIDS. President Bush, rightly or wrongly, was praised extensively for his work to combat AIDS in Africa. He visited the continent twice and spoke out about how Africa was the new battleground against global terror.
President Obama went even further, becoming the first president to host a U.S.-Africa Leaders Summit at the White House in 2014, where he discussed greater economic ties between the U.S. and several African nations, and he followed it up in 2015 by becoming the first American president to deliver a speech to the African Union. In other words, knowing about Africa and having a policy toward the nations there is not a Democratic thing or a Republican thing; it is now to be expected for any legitimate candidate for the office of the presidency.
Since Trump said nothing about Africa on Wednesday, what do we actually know about what he thinks? Not much.
In 2011, even though he wasn’t running for president, Trump was asked by conservative magazine Human Events what a President Trump would do about the rash of Somali pirate attacks off the Horn of Africa.
“I’d wipe them off the face of the earth,” Trump said."

Prof, i disagree with you on this. Is it not the same corrupt mainstream media that has fueled all the negativity on Trump and casted Clinton as a good person? As much as i disagree with the Republicans in many quarters, I think Hillary Clinton is evil and she has nothing good for Africa. She is very corrupt, wikileaks and the her e-mail scandals has shown who she is. Yes Arthur Kennedy is not fit to be agreed with because he is part of the problem. But once again Prof. you're wrong! It's time for we Africans to resist oppressors rule and develop our nations.

If you were any appreciably discerning, you would concede that the economic hardships that the Republicans unleashed upon the Americans just at the verge of President Obama's Presidency have driven many of the Conservatives to blame the minority non-Caucasian for their suffering.
These hypocritical, dishonest, pseudo-Christian populace in the so-called Red States of the USA, in particular, have since Reagan's era, been steadily eroding any rights that the Civil Rights campaign of Martin Luther King's Movement, ever gained for minorities in the Nation.
Many, like me can assemble numerous pieces of evidence to suggest that there is a concerted effort by certain prominent Conservative Leaders to roll back all such rights for minorities in the USA, and force them to relive the Slavery conditions long abandoned. Their hideous neo-slavery campaign permeates all aspects of the Social and Political fabric of the American System. That may sound too conspiratorial to you. But you don't have to go far to notice the rising fascist, ultra-nationalist White Supremacy crap that is being strung unto Trump's political agenda.
And you must first answer how President Obama came to be the cause of the Nation's (USA's) economic stagnation, after his dedication to rescue the Nation from the Recession that it was plunged into by the idiotic, ultra-selfish, trickle-down Economics and wanton needless Wars around the World the USA got into under false pretenses.
Do you really care to know what is really happening around you? By Gosh! Put on your honest cap for once.
Trump only saw the anger of the suffering White folks of his and fueled it more while promising the Heavens to them and blaming all the hardships on Obama and minorities.
If you forgot, it is on the sweat and blood of most of these minorities that many of the Wealthy dynasties of the USA were built. Even now, the very Farmers of the Midwest and South who are most antithetic to minorities in the USA and President Obama, still hope to keep the cheap labor the undocumented immigrants offer to build their Wealth. Yet, they are the ones at the front of the Klu Klux Klan driven agenda of Donald Trump.
Cleanse your mind!

Given the presidential results of the American election, if we went by what the Kobina Arthur Kennedys said about the "discontented", (white people, its now been confirmed), some may want to start packing their boxes, trunks, and bags in their adopted necks of the woods (South Carolina, California, Ohio, South Dakota, etc.), for the trip back yard, across the "beautiful wall" at the border.

I was very surprised to notice that the Hillary Campaign and even President Obama failed to pointedly remind Americans where they were, economically, at the time President took over, and how we got there versus how far the Nation has come, thus far.
Secondly, had it not been for the unmovable blockade the Republican Congress-folks put in the way of President Obama almost from the very day he ascended the US Presidency, he could have had most of his agenda fully implemented to yield the most relieving results for the Nation.
In their typical dishonesty in conceding their own errors, the USA Conservatives and the Republican Party would not acknowledge the sabotage they indulged in to restrain President Obama. Even the current difficulty in the Obamacare that the GOP and Trump used to blast the President seems to be the result of a deliberate scheme make the program unpopular to set the tone for its likely repeal with Trump's Presidency.
I wonder if President Obama, Hillary and the Democrats were afraid of, or too sympathetic to the Bush Administration, to lay most of the Nation's economic problems at its doorstep. It was the Bush-Cheney Republican Government that plunged the USA into such a mess to begin with. Yet, the GOP would not give President Obama the room to perform at his utmost.
Even so, President Obama leaves the scene with greater approval rate, 54%, than both Bushes ever attained. How ungrateful could these Conservatives be!!

You make some very important comments about that lackadaisical defense of the Obama record by Hillary and the Obama teams. People only started hearing about those achievements about 3 week before yesterday, quickly sabotaged by the first FBI memo that was leaked 2 weeks ago.
And to add:
We watched in utter dismay when the Wisconsin governor, Scott Walker, was demolishing unions in that state, when he actually went around organizing, requesting, and receiving financial and morale support (e.g., Koch brothers), to fight his impeachment, and the national democratic party and Obama did nothing, zilch, nada.
Now, last night, it was Wisconsin that could have held up the front for Hillary. But, without union support, it all fell over.
