  Mr. Bad English, Francis Kwarteng has copied and pasted another garbage, if you read his shit careful you will notice immediately there is no sentence, that "quarter" educated and semi-literate Francis Kwarteng wrote on his own. He copied almost the entire nonsense, paragraph for paragraph from the Internet and just put them together as an article, but even with that, the stupid fool has pitifully amalgamated the Paragraphs to such an extent that, the whole article makes no sense.
  
  His aim, however, is to bash the NPP, but fortunately and unfortunately the Kwarteng guy is not clever enough to do that Job for the NDC, he obviously lacks the I.Q. to accomplich such mission. That fool will try as hard as he can but will never ever reach any far owning to the "zero" capacity level of his cogitating faculty ...if you like, Kwarteng is simply a stupid fool!
