Every tournament we claim to be in d toughest group. This mentality has not impacted positively on our play. Each country earned the qualification and as such must be accorded due respect and recognition

Yes, he's in Europe, but at least Grant is being honest! He obviously loves the passion of the nation, the talent, and he's promoting our team in Europe positively. Certainly more positivity in Europe than he's getting in Gha ...

This is the second easiest group behind groups B and C. I have not found anyone who thought this group was a difficult one outside of the Ghanaian media, it very obviously is not.

Grant spends all his time in Europe and yet for lack of effort or for lack of skill has recruited zero players, so when the injuries come, he has no one to play. That is his fault. All the other teams have injuries too but their coaches go out and recruit players to replace the injured players and to become starters in the future. Grant is unable, or unwilling, but either way he is unfit for the job.

One thing must be clear. l will describe foreign Coaches as mercenaries, that is they are here not because of the love for their host country but for the money, however,they do the best they can under the circumstances so that they don't spoil their record or even get a better contract elsewhere. Now if we decide to terminate Avram Grant's contract today, he will rather rejoice and in the end be laughing all the way to the Bank because Coaches all over the world have come to the realization that it is an uncertain job so they've also put measures in place to insulate themselves against such wanton termination of contract as you are suggesting. The Maxim is"sack us fine,but you'll have to pay a penalty'.FIFA is also there giving them the maximum support so if you default in compensating them, you incur their wrath in the form of sanctions. So my friend, more grease to your elbows in your attempt to have Avram Grant sacked and l hope you'll make a contribution to the sending- off package. Have you heard Akwasi Nyantakyi make any comments so far?He knows Ghanaians are all Coaches and is aware of the implications of sacking a coach so he has developed s thick skin.

Do not try to change your initial argument. The financial implications of contractual termination can be balanced alongside the state of the present coaching market, the detriment of continued inaction as far as fanbase, recruiting deadlines, tournament revenues and other factors concerned will be evaluated. You do not seem very clear on the clause of "just cause" for contractual termination but rather drawing on a few anecdotes, which is fine because you don't have to be, but don't try to pretend I have tried to make an argument I am not making and use information you do not understand to back it up. You tried to argue that his results are justified because of injuries, they are not. The legal specifics of what is a just cause termination and what are not are irrelevant here, you cannot justify the job he has done to "hold down the fort" on the pitch. He is either lazy or ineffective, and when his contract is up the GFA will rightfully see him out the door.

Coaches all over the world have come to the realization that it is an uncertain job so they've also put measures in place to insulate themselves against such wanton termination of contract as you are suggesting.
