Business policy refers to the roles and responsibilities of top-level management, the significant issues affecting company-wide performance and the decisions affecting companies in the long run. Corporate strategy is the strategy developed and implemented to the goals set by the company’s business policy.
A policy is a broad guideline for decision making that links the formulation of a strategy to its implementation. It is a guideline that is used by the organisation to ensure that employees make decisions and take action in order to meet the organisation's mission and goals.
So if the policy has not been skewed to suit the interest of your likes in the medical laboratory practice, why would you be pushing so hard for its implementation.
The question is how can you employees force a policy implementation on its Employers? Are there not policies designed by the Ministry in regards to the practice of medical laboratory in Ghana? Is an it not only in Ghana that such an action of a strike is allowed?
