No difference between U and a woman, she can't be your property(Never). Marriage is a partnership, forcing to have sex is disrespect or abuse requiring self defense.
She had the right to defend herself in anyway possible to stop the threat.(She would have shot him to death if it happened to a US citizen) Ghanaians need to learn more because there is too much ignorance.

By the way, if your wife can accuse you for raping her, will it be okay to bring in another woman if she is not prepared for you that day? Self-defence indeed! Just what was the woman self-defending against? Her life was not in danger and she was not under a physical threat. If she felt threatened she had a perfect chance to escape and raise an alarm. The man was lying on his back, submissive. She was the actor, the attacker, the aggressor who pounced on a compromised and vulnerable victim. At least in that instance he wasn't a threat to her or attempting to rape her. She was in control and he was rather at her mercy, and she chose to inflict an aggravated assault on him. He was the one who was defenceless.

She said she struggled with the commander but later gave up and told her she had accepted so they should go to the bed. The man went to the bed first n naked himself. She later joined him and they had about three minutes romance. It was in the cause of the romance she bit his manhood. This lady had the whole chace in the world to run out of the room or even shout to attract other inmates in the house to the scene after the man left her offthe hook.. This alone would have scared this man. She had three minutes romance with him, wow. Why did she not bite this man immediately she got his manhood but had a three minutes interval romance. This is malice after thought. I don't know much about the law but this my little thought. The two were in the room alone so no one knows who is telling the truth but the lady went too far. She must be hiding something from d public.
