The oil is off shore so this demand is not appropriate. The deep sea belongs to Ghana but are not stool lands

WHAT ABOUT COCOA GROWING AREAS? WHY SHOULD THEY REQUEST FOR 10% OF THE OIL FUNDS TO SHARE AND CHOP.THE COC0OA M'KTIG BOARD HAS ALWAYS TAKEN AT LEAST 30% FROM THE COCOA FARMERS TO DEVELOP THE WHOLE OF GHANA, INCLUDING THE WESTERN REGION.
