    It is more important for the NPP to launch their manifesto after the NDC to prevent the NDC from stealing

    And this is the same NPP that lied about its manifesto being stolen by the NDC, a manifesto that the NPP had not even put together. As can be expected from the NPP, it'll be a book of demented deceptions and not a manifesto.
