And when the NPP won the 2000 and 2004 General Elections, did Afari- Djan vote for the NPP? And did he rig the elections for the NPP?

Which precinct or regions in Ghana do we know that a 100,000 votes made the difference in a win or loss in the 2012 election? The Ghana presidency is not won by a national popular vote but at district and regional level. What then is the removal of 100,000 voter names supposed to do if those numbers are not from one district or region where 2012 results hinged on precisely those numbers of deleted names?
