    Quality and free are not synonymous but they do not antonyms either. It can be free and qualitative as well, so lets welcome the promises. Good for the goose is good for the geese

    There is no other way to search for talents in any country than to make education free. There are very talented people in the hinterland who will sure be exposed once education becomes free for all.

    what you said has no link with free shs.the government is to blame for not resourcing the schools in Ghana.in Norway,schooling is free and we usually embark on educational trips because of support from government

    Mr. Do you expect the poor parents to pay for the educational trip on top of the astronomical fees being charged by this inept NDC government. The government can not even buy common chalk for the schools
