The President of Ghana has every right to explain whatever he wants to the people he leads at anytime,anywhere and anyway.If Mr Arthur doesn't understand this simple basic rights then he has no business in politics.Mr Arthur said he is going to sue the EC in court so why can't he go ahead?What is he waiting for?Thank you.
