He knows and understands what contract documentations really are and so when it mattered most he followed the documentations to the latter.

I feel the Duncan vibe soo much. If all local coaches were like him, many "bullshitings" in Ghana's league regarding team management/coaches would've stopped. They get fired any how at any time and they leave like "tintinto" ...
