    you can't block free speech, IGP we know it's a suggestion, but what have you been eating to even suggest that. I always say we need a smart police not those that wants to hinder our freedom of speech

    The radio stations were controlled by the hardline hutus (i.e. current government). The moderate hutus and tustis had no voice on the radio.
