At most what you would get would not be more than $1000 per person if lucky.

All that you know is to sue forgetting of the fact that the Warsaw Convention is in operation. Each luggage attracts up to 120 dollars as compensation if you are unable to retrieve them. US $1million is just a dream.

$1m. Keep dreaming. When it comes to foreign airlines this attitude of exhorbitant claims and threats by passengers is pathetic. What compensation did you get with the same issues when Ghana Airways used to fly. We always taste blood as soon as it is a foreign company involved. Look at the way be behave when we are boarding flights from Europe or USA back tO Ghana. We cannot follow basic boarding instructions and want to rush onto the flight even if our seat rows are not called as if we are going to get left behind. We carry hand luggage that we struggle to carry and in sizes that are beyond abnormal. Then we turn around and insult flight attendants for doing their jobs. Now we want to demand $1M for missing bags. REALLY !!! Based on which law. We are lawless but conveniently want to suddenly demand more than the law stipulates as soon as we get an opportunity.
