  did the minister say plans are on the drawing board? is he serious? what road does he use to his hometown in garu? has he tried the Soe-bongo road? potholes on road which is less than 6 months old. we are talking of the current deplorable roads and he is talking of a new ring road .he is clueless

  Indeed, a lot of stupid ministers about in Ghana. What is he trying to say that the Government alone cannot address the deplorable nature of roads?

  Isn't there a ministry of roads and highways? Isn't it government-owned? Isn't it subjected to governance and long-term planning? Doesn't it have performance expectations? Isn't it subjected to legislation? Isn't it working with the Roads Contractors? Isn't there a national road safety group whose vision is to have the safest road transport system in Africa?
  
  Problem is government hasn't paid these people either.

  Is this the minister who took over from Dr. Avea? I know him as a fool but not to this extent. Anyway it serves Mahama right
