  One country I wish we would, also, increase our interactions with to bolster our Agricultural and other fundamental Infrastructure is Israel.
  
  Not long ago, the Israelis put their hands out for us to simply grab them to come along with them into the realm of progress. We are yet to fully embrace that wonderful, rare gesture from the versatile, almost indomitably progressive Nation. And that leaves me to question our Government: "Why?"
  
  Our first post-Independent Government under Nkrumah took a keen and constructive step in engaging Israel, despite the latter's feud with the Arab Nation, (of which many are in Africa), over Palestine.
  
  Nkrumah seemed to know how to chart our ship in dangerous diplomatic waters to seek our interests first. Had our local political feud not risen to the level that encouraged the West to help topple him, Ghana would have gained immensely from Israel, and we would have, by now, been light-years ahead in self-sufficiency in Agriculture and Manufacturing.

  WHY HAVE WE STILL FAILED TO KNOW, WHY THE AGRICULTURAL SECTOR HAS STILL NOT LIVED TO EXPECTATION IN GHANA.
  
  MASTERS AND PhD PROGRAMMES WILL NOT BE THE ANSWERS TO LOW PRODUCTIVITY AT THE SECTOR.
