    LAND SHOULD BE BOUGHT BY BANKS WHO WORK WITH THE LAND DEPARTMENT TO REGISTER THE LAND DIGITALLY.

    THE BANKS CAN DO THE BUYING OF ALL LANDS FROM THE CHIEFS AND FAMILY MEMBERS ETC.
