Ms Ayittey have made herself to be fooled by the KATH staffs that are hiding something, her actions also shows immaturity and an ignorance as a minister, so she should resign or be sacked

Inasmuch as Ghanaians are trying to make a whole lot of sense out of this shameful debilitating and obnoxious incident,my beef is that the country is operating a totally failed and broken system, the core of all these and many other occurrences are nothing but systemic failure. If the system works well, then, whether the baby or babies were born DEAD, BURNT, STOLEN,EATING, whatever, the puzzle surrounding these innocent lives would have been solved.

The system you fondly talk about, in a normal world, is vehicled by LAWS which guarantee in a civil society obedience to rules and regulations, if individual will alone or common sense can't.

Since in Ghana we can't effectively assure a smooth run of these LAWS, the breakdown of the system becomes total and structural in nature, sweeping everything in its way. It means, not only do we not respect anything at all; we arrogantly put faulty and mechanisms in place for easy personal gains to the detriment of everybody and we sit, relax, lethargic, content with the results!

I have always and will always say it: WE still have time to avert the current course by reinvigorating the laws of the land, correcting stupid clauses in the constitution, making the laws direct individual attitudes. If we continue the stupid and overbearing disregard, a big catastrophe is not far away.

This babies busness at KATH started long time ago. I know one girl my Older sister's daughter name Fati Yahaya (I am her uncle) she was living at Oforikrom (Accra Town) Kumasi. She gave birth at home,she was sick... Then taking to KATH with both Fati and her baby alive.. Fati died after some few days at KATH and the baby never found up to now. Even they tried to bribe my brother to shut up.
Maybe late Fati's (May Allah have mercy on her) baby is still alive somewhere.

There is Multi Millions babies selling business going on at KATH but the top guys are using those northerners who take care of the mortuary or burning babies to cover up. Suwaiba's baby saga is a wake up call to all Ghanaians mons and dads.
Our Government should investigate the top guys, midwifery's at KATH seriously to end this dirty and dangerous act. Hay! Minister of health, we dont need any compensation find the baby.
