Mr AFRICAAA,this is not how to run a responsible Party, for,in every party, there are recalcitrant members in, and this does not mean that all of them should be thrown out of the window to pave way to others whose conducts are not known since the devil you know is better than the Angel you dont know.My advice to Ken Agyepong is that he must guide against the way he behaves and talks when he gets angry.The Holy Bible states that,the Heart which pumps blood into our body system is sooo deceitful who can know it, except God, therefore if he has not yet sarrounded himself to Jesus Christ, he should do it now since he is the only who one can help him to control the uncontrolable heart within him.I congratulate him for appologising to the party chairman and the party as a whole for going beyound his limits.

The Committee chaired by Rev Dr. Asante Antwi has make mattters worse for the NPP in the minds of on-lookers.
Let's see this. "The Committee nevertheless established that "some of the motorbikes were on the open market. The Committee is, however, unable to ascertain how they got there" Now this committee can not even investigate how Ken's motor bikes end up in open market so how will the NPP be able to investigate the crimes and corruptions of the NDC when they assume power? Or is this the sign of things to come?

Again "the Committee finds that the original intention was to use the money for payment of MPs' filing fees but the purpose changed and it was used for other party activities." The question is what other party avtivities was the 100,000.00 cedis used for? Is this still the sign of things to fear when the NPP comes to govern only to make matters worse for Ghana?
Or is it a situation where the committe had to sacrifice Ken Agyapong to save the party's image? The NPP should have sacrifice Ken Agyapong when he called for Gas and Ewes be hit which the party itself believe had cost them dearly at the 2012 élections.

To preserve so-called Party unity, members should not expose one another or any rot within it. In fact, it is not even true 'unity' but a superficial unified front. This is because dissenters would still feel suppressed and coerced to accept the malfeasance against their conscience.

Imagine projecting this kind of ruling unto the National scene. That would let folks expect that when the Party gets voted to Power, its members placed in responsible National positions could get away with crimes, especially corruption.

Is that what the Minister's Committee wants Ghanaians to learn as the reforms the NPP has in store for the Nation?

This Minister-Politician has no expertise in criminal investigation to lead any such investigation. He is only cloaking the investigation with his Pastoral clout to make it all seem like some honest job was done and to facilitate the restoration of Jake and cohorts.

There is no way Jake did not know of the bikes in Bryan Acheampong's house. Why did Jake not reprimand Bryan if the latter did it all behind the Chairman's back?

And having agreed with Ken that some of the bikes had been on the Market illegally, this Minister's Committee still wants Ken to apologize?

Then, the Committee establishes that the $100,000 Ken talked about was in fact received by Jake but he used it for other things other than what the money was meant for. Yet, because the Chairman claims the money was still used for the Party's other needs, Ken was wrong?

What a bunch of twisted judgments? All I see is a calculated pre-determined outcome for the case to lift the blob off the Party's image to clear the way for Nana Akufo-Addo and his clique to emerge electable.

This amounts to a kangaroo Court Justice to save Jake's skin, and force Ken to eat his words.

It is so awkward how the Committee could establish the substance of Ken's accusations and find Bryan Acheampong, the Chairman's Chief of Staff, and the hoarder of the Bicycles, to be stonewalling and curt to the Committee, and yet it is Ken who is supposed to apologize. Why? Is Ken guilty of exposing the rot in the Party, and now being humiliated because he dared show the Party in some bad light?

Oh, we got it. The Party's Officials can do no wrong. The Party is not an Ecumenical entity to be bound by the typical religious suppression of Justice to save face.

The culprits are lucky the case was not taken up by the secular and formal Justice System.

Leave Ken alone and worship your Corrupt Bungalow snatcher for an extension of your Methodist Church''s Deaconry, Rev. Asante Antwi.

You cannot cover up the Party's faults to fool the electorate; folks will react to the detriment of its ultimate goals. Jake had to be reprimanded, too. But nooooo! He is above that, huh?
