    The Polisario are a relic of the Cold War era and are kept on Life Support by Algeria to undermine Moroccan development.

    Interesting piece and food for thought. Think tanks, over to you!Both Algeria and Morocco are close friends of Ghana. The Sahara issue has been quite divisive. Delicate but need for pragmatism and forward looking ideas!
