    Ghana needs to ban certain vehicles from the already bad roads and another way is to expand the roads and make them wider than what they are now.

    It doesn't speak well of Ghana, when a foreign dignitary on a visit is involved in an accident. The Russian Chief Justice, Vyacheslav Mikhailovich Lebedev must not be well enough to be evacuated to Russia.
