Lots of food for thought!
The central theme here is a "Wing-It" government on track to making things a lot worse, that is, unless immediate attention is drawn to the core issues of corruption, mis-management, lack of planning, lack of access to public information in the hands of officials.
The other day President Mahama wasted our time with his useless "Silent Corruption" concept.
With respect to GYEEDA, it is obvious that it is a poorly conceptualized given the number of so-called "modules." It does not make sense. It shows there are no priorities. And so, llike all government programs in Ghana, GYEEDA suffers from, you guessed it, "core issues of corruption, mis-management, lack of planning, lack of access to public information in the hands of officials."

I pray for my friends in Ghana. A strong leader with morals must come forth to lead and clean the rats from the government.
