What did Mosquito do that was so sterling for the Ndc to crow about? The guy could not even express his thoughts coherently even under the confines of his own lawyer who asked questions that has been rehearsed before he took the stand.
Wait till Addison get his hands on him and see how porous Asiedu Nketiah answers were. Asiedu Nketiah told the whole world that there was not even a single over voting and nobody voted without being Biometrically verified in the election whilst his own lawyer tried to turn a pink sheet from Asokwah showing over voting.
If there was no over voting in the whole election, how come six polling stations votes were thrown away for over voting and voting without Biometric verification? I will love to see Asiedu Nketiah explain that stupidity when he is under cross examination. Anybody looks good when being led in evidence by their own lawyer but the glitz evaporates when they you are under cross examination and Asiedu Nketiah will come unglued with his 'TwiEnglish' when Addison goes for the jugular.

Your problem is that that you are dumb because you cannot differentiate between being lead in evidence by your own lawyer when these questions he is being asked have been asked at leaqst two times when he was being coached. Bawumiah if you remember looked like the genius that he really is when he was asked the questions by his own lawyer, Addison.
Asiedu Nketiah even was having a hard time by his own lawyer so shelve the praises until he is cross-examined and then you can come back and tell me he gave straight answers.
I can't wait to hear him explain how nobody voted without biometric verification but the EC threw two polling stations votes out because of voting without biometric verification.

After all said and done, and after all the EC's so-called checks against fraud, there were statutory violations, omissions, irregularities and malpractices in the conduct of the elections held on December 7 and 8, 2012. That is what the SC is looking into to see whether they are enough to send Mr. Mahama packing, or order a run-off between Mahama and Nana.
Also, all the parties did not accept that the elections were free and fair. Some simply don't have the know how, the manpower or can't bear the cost of challenging the results in court. But they believe that there were irregularities that cheated them for the NDC in particular. In fact, the smaller parties were cheated more to help NDC candidates. The provide fraudulent and easy win for NDC parliamentary candidates.
Moreover, the individual MPs could not have unearth these hidden tricks played by the NDC. In the next elections, whether NPP wins this case or not, the MP landscape would change dramatically because almost all the tricks are now known to everybody.
Who would have believed that Mumuni's seat would be taken by CPP after the by-election? The Supreme Court case has already resulted in a big gain for CPP, and there are more to come next time.

This is what I was talking about under your article; why should the judges waiting for a party official to interpret the meaning of "over-voting" for them while they have EC laws and regulation in front of them.
If they denied Tsatsu to bring in more witness because they have enough evidence and they denied the petitioners' CD ROM analysis because they have the original sheets to do their own analysis, why should they spend a day for find out the meaning of over-voting which they have with them.
That is nauseous to me as a citizen and yet, this writer thinks Asiedu did well educating us. Are Ghanaians jurors of the petition? If not, then he needs to say that Asiedu educated the judges about what is "over-voting" because Atuguba and other judges did not know the meaning.

The petitioners defined "over-voting" in their own way. It is left for Asiedu to define it in a way he thinks fit. Why do you deride him and not the petitioners? According to the petitioners, if the election agent wrote down 99 and the number of votes turned out to be 100, then there is over-voting. Asiedu's claim is that that is a clerical error and that the real over voting is if the number of registered voters is 99 and 100 people voted.

When this case is settled the NCCE and the EC should spend a lot of time to educate Ghanaians. IF we know all this information that Mosquito gave during his examination in court and others that have been explained in articles by well-meaning Ghanaians, we would have stopped listening to this nonsense by the NPP. This article is very powerful and educative. I wish the NPP people will stop ticking themselves and read this article. Their lawyers who know next to nothing about EC laws will benefit from this article.

Are you also that stupid? A polling station has 100 voters, 80 turn up to vote, three ballots are damaged and in the end there are 90 votes in the ballot box and because it was less than the number registed at the station it does not constitute over voting and you also buy this nonesense?
Even Tsatsu admitted that there was voting without biometric verification and the nincompoop of a witness says there was no voting without verification anywhere in Ghana and you think he is a genius?
I can't wait to see him under cross-examination by Philip Addison. The idiot has lied under oath. If he can spew out such rubbish when he has been caoched to answer "penalty questions," it will be interesting to hear him answering questions from a "hostile" lawyer.

What Asiedu Nketia did in court was telling Ghanaians and the how the percess works as laid down by the Ec ; but did that process work as required ; the writer is just another NDC indiot who does not understand what is demanded of Asiedu Nketia ; what were his legal point merely reciting the process of the EC does not help ; him;it is just like ging into an examination room ; you ask a question and the you start writing about something elase which has no relation with the issue that you have being ask ; how do you expect tp pass such examination; the issue at stake was how did the errors and over voting affect the result of the election ;all he trying to say was that as far as he was concerned there regulations which he believed went well therefore there were no errors and the bio metric voting did not affect the voting l but the evidence points to the contrary at court.
