*Since the election petition started, there have constantly been two mutually contradicting ‘out-of-court rulings’ that are constantly being made by two opposing ‘political courts’ of ‘injustice’ being operated by ‘strange men and women’ with or without any genuine legal background and whose ‘unorthodox’ jurisdiction originates from the ‘filthy streets’ of Ghana and lead to the making of ‘unorthodox’ and ‘provocative’ judicial statements that always run tangentially with those supposed to be made, or that could be made by orthodox and conventionally accepted courts of justice.

Where rights or legitimate expectations are trampled upon,the rules of natural justice step in to ensure that the right thing is done.But shall we say the same of this petition.It seems to me that natural justice also require that you must have a genuine and plausible grievance to call for its intervention.Although, article 64 of the 1992 Constitution specifically gives us the right to proceed to the SC for redress of grievances,it also require us as a matter of natural justice not to go to the court just for the sake of it.Especially when the grounds and reason for going to court is frivolous and without merit.Instead of giving our attention to solving the numerous problems confronting our country,we have instead embanked on litigation with our tight resources.Otchere Darko is actuated by motives other than the interest of the nation and therefore will support such irresponsibility disguised as rights based on natural justice.

LET US WAIT FOR THE SC TO DECIDE TO DECIDE WHETHER NPP MEMBERS HAVE THE RIGHT "TO PROCEED TO THE SUPREME COURT FOR REDRESS OF [THEIR] GRIEVANCES" WHICH , IN THIS CASE, RELATES TO WHAT THEY BELIEVE (repeated *THEY and not YOU)BELIEVE TO BE INCORRECT.

In my opinion, even that stage of determination has ALREADY been crossed , because IF NPP DID NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK REDRESS AT THE SUPREME COURT, THEIR PETITION WOULD HAVE BEEN DISMISSED ALREADY AND THE CASE WOULD STILL NOT BE GOING ON.

Anyway,Napolean Hill once said,Opinions are the cheapest commodity on earth.Any idiot could just get up and talk rubbish all in the name of press freedom without crtically looking at things from the right perspective.Even a layman on the street knows the hidden agenda of the NPP.Why should we not be serious for once? The fact that the NPP led then by Kufour packed the court with NPP members doesn´t mean that Ghanaians should be disfranchise becasue Akufo Addo wants to be president.A man with many questionable charcater for that much.

we are all witnesses to the lies and maliciously abominable agendas of the ewe mafia ruling by proxy today. in as much as the claim to be wanting to do the right think they are incompetent and amateur in everything they undertake to do . half his appointees lack any proper experience and this is their first real job, their actions instead of bringing unity have caused divisions to deepen and even new ones appear . after 20 years of work the npp allowed a fool like kuffuor to rule for 8 years and are now paying very dearly the price of his attempt to impose ahanti domination over the rest of the Akans thus enabling the return of the ndc woe on Ghana. pepeni has copied his partner in crime's style and appointed mainly minority muslim alajihs and ewe mischief s . after this mandate never again will a corrupt , wicked , evil northerner , ewe or ashanti be given the opportunity to lead us no matter what party platform they stand on . the attitude of me and my tribesmen against the Akans and other Ghanaian s will never pass again as its been exposed and we are all now much wiser . yes they will not have an easy ride chopping our money and we will make sure they answer for all their crimes sooner or later
