am sorry to say that when you read you really don't understand. but anyway, am not supprise because most ndc members read but lack understanding of whatever they read and end up insulting people like you are doing now. first of all, when your soo called thief prez was sued by NANA ADDO, you said NANA was stupid for sueing your stupid prez because there is noo way you can sue a prez. that to me right there tells me that you've authomatically lost the case because you only read the law and don't understand the law. and now your prez is reporting in court for being sued by THE MEGA MIND HIMSELF, NANA ADDO DANKWA AKUFFO ADDO. let me go staight to why i said your analysis is stupid, if all ndc members want to join the case because they think they voted, don't you think almost the whole ghana population can also choose to join the case because they will be saying they voted too? irrespectively of who they are supporting. the people representing the ndc supporters are the ec and thief mahama himself and shouldn't be the whole citizens(supporters) flooding the court gate. anyway, if they can prove their evidence by providing thier ballot papers then i believe the supreme court will let them join, but if they submitted their ballot papers to ec like all voters did, then it means they have no bussiness there than to sit aside and have the ec and thief mahama represent them. THIS IS JUST COMMON SENCE.

RACISM is:

2.Prejudice or discrimination directed against someone of a different race based on such a belief.

Nana Bonsu, I am not sure about race legislation in the US but it is not accurate that a fellow Ghanaian or Black man/person cannot be racist towards another Ghanaian or Black man/person. Often some black people make this mistake on the basis of skin colour. However, the definition of race for legal purposes in cases such as race discrimination or racism is far wider than simply, skin colour.
Here in the UK, race is defined as, "race, skin colour, ethnic or national origin, nationality and country of origin). This means that a Ghanaian who is of Akwapim ethnic origin can discriminates against or be rcaist towards a fellow Ghanaian of Asante ethnic origin if s/he treats that person less favourably on the basis of her/his race (as defined under equality legislation). For example, when I was head of a Race Equality NGO, we successfully prosecuted employers/managers who were black for racial discrimination against other black workers because of different nationalities or ethnic origins. For example, a African manager who discriminated against African American, African Caribbean or Black British workers.
Discrimination, whatever form it takes is more complex than it appears. Above all, it involves socio-economic and political power relations.
I appreciate that the word tribalism is often used to mean race discrimination in developing countries but that could be misleading because society moved on from tribes and tribal relations. The word race is also often misused because there is only one human race. The differences between humans are the skin colour, ethnicity, ethnic or national origins and nationality.

I suppose you do not need a law degree from any university to figure out that a one-sided brief, based purely on fiction, and presented to a group of people who believe their party should have won the elections, will sound convincing!
Unfortunately, our legal system is adverserial in nature, and one particular group does not get to 'manufacture' evidence, and make a ruling based on such a fabrication.
All through this brouhaha,we heard various 'charges',allegations, and what have you, to the effect that Dr. Afari Gyan "fixed" the elections, or the NDC 'stole' the elections, in full view of everybody, including NPP agents! God have mercy on these people who believe they have a 'divine right' to rule this nation.

The easiest way to play patapaa after an election loss is to run to the courts. Any idiot flagbearer who loses an election can sue. The courts will never mess with the people's mandate to install a cry baby sore loser! Irregularities in political elections are part of the process and those who hide behind it to play mischief have lost their minds!!!!

Nana yaw, what are you saying?lf you think that you have an eraser so it's normal to make mistakes when writing with your pencil, then you are deceiving yourself because a time will come when you no longer write with a pencil but indelible pen. That is what we're tolerating in Ghana now.Electoral fraud that deprive someone of presidency and again changes the destiny of a state,is seen as normal by Ghanaman, because irregularities are bound to occur in elections-so simple indeed. That is why we're not improving in anything and things keep on falling apart.

My opinion is that it is only a FOOL who understands their stance. They have nothing to prove. The case is NOT against Ghanaians but the Electoral Commission and the one or group who the accusers think perpetrated the offense.
If the court accepts their case, it then simplifies Akuffo Addo's cry for justice. No evidence need to be called BUT ask the voters in the disputed areas to come and be COUNTED again to prove the right or wrong of the case.

u started your article well but ended up being prejudicial. it was my wish that nana won the last election, but it was not the case. the NPP petition looks empty for me and looks to destroy the party. if the petitioners had not gone to court and resorted to public opinion am sure it would have made a better impact in the 2016 elections. sometimes my npp forgets we have another election in 2016 and that the party structures need to be built. EC who have the biometric machines says no votting took place without verification. the change in positions of npp is not helping matters too. first it was systematic fraud, then systemeatic collusion and rigging, and now in court we say irregularities. the court action will take us no where except embarrassment cos some evidence is emmerging that there were some polling stations in npp strong holds that these irregularities took place but we left them out in the calculations. if this is true, then we have a long way to go. i cant see the courts invalidating almost half of the total votes cast in the last elections. time to organise the party is now and lets not follow some selfish oldmen to the detriment of the younger ones in the party. God bless Ghana, Npp and shame Ndc.

Luther, what you don't seem to realise is no matter how NPP re- organises itself, it will not win elections for a very long time because these NDC group you are dealing with are political armed robbers. They are extremely good at winning elections through foul means and manipulation of the minds of the unsuspecting electorates. Why should some so called 500 NDC members be worried that their votes would be annulled if the evidence the NPP holds is fake? You see he who has nothing to hide fears nothing. If you have a clear conscience, you will be unfazed by any accusations that are thrownagainst you.
As a young supporter of the party, you should be grateful the older ones are doing the dirty work in order for you the younger ones to reap the rewards in some years to come. It is such acts by determined individuals which tend to pave the way for change for future generations. As a young supporter, just watch and learn, do not subscribe to the "fa ma nyame" attitude of Ghanaians even when they know they have been cheated. Even the NDC supporters know the election was rigged. Do not be quick to condem the oldmen, observe and learn.
