Re: DEMOCRACY IN GHANA

No election can be 100% rig free. Not even the advanced democracies with their voter suppression tactics. But as you say the parliamentary elections do not by any stretch of the imagination point to an NPP win and by inference an NPP presidential win.

The call to assemble at public places wearing black and red is an incitement to mob rule. It is not the rule of law. Akuffo Addo does not practice what he preaches. Violence is his trade mark. At Legon and also the beating up of the Ga youth. He was all the time referring to the Ivory Coast 'situation". At every turn willing violence to descend on the nation.

The Gen Sec, I've just heard him speak is also an imbecile. What the party needs is a new crop of leadership. A Gen Sec in the mould of Dan Botwe who can build grass roots trust and not an arrogant, uncouth, loud and foul mouth, finger wagging moron who only tours radio stations and is so isolated from the grass roots.
