Sorry, I did not complete my sentence.
I would say helocopters could be very expensive to acquire and operate. Establishing a K9 Unit (well trained) to support those dispactched to robbery scenes could be a good idea. The dogs, with the support of the personnel could fish the robbers out of the bush for arrest.
