I can't recall when what you are claiming happened, yet I remember this government announced it will study the Norwegian model and throw in some of the Trinidadian way to fashion Ghana's own guidelines for the oil industry. I remember President Mills said they were learning from and were going to build Ghana's revenue management bill around the best practices known to this earth so far, with particular emphasis on the norwegian approach. So where are you pulling your 'garbage' from?
