Well Mr. Tampuli who claims to be a lawyer, you ought to know that justice is always selective. Attorney general don't generally pursue cases they don't have enough evidence on. They usually don't pursue cases that they know they are likely to lose. So if after 8 years, the vaunted Godfred Dame, along with Justice Torkonoo and all his machinations couldn't convict Duffuor, why should Ayine waste any further state resources on it. If Tampuli is really a lawyer worth his ilk, he would even praise Ayine except maybe he's blinded by politics

Crime has not expiring date. Dropping a case does not mean, it can never go to trials again. Dropping it now for lack of evidence to prosecute or costs involved in conviction. AG can drop it now but another AG will pick it up ...
