Peter is an opportunistically opportunist and greedy bustard.

He started his political career as NPP member. He defected to NDC under similar circumstances thinking he was not treated fairly because, in his own opinion, he did not get what he personally wanted. He eventually became DCE under NDC and used his position to dethrone his predecessor after which he has used every whimsical tactics to scare off potential contestants all these while. So what is his beef?
