  I am always saddened by the behaviour of parliamentarians when I wat them live. Most of them don't pay attention to submissions by colleagues. Instead, they make phone calls or chat. Some use intemperate language that can embarrass a non member. I will advise DMB not to engage them in any discussions in parliament house. They claim they are tin gods in their territory and would hide behind that privilege to attempt to disgrace him (the NDeCeivers).
