The only answer is to end political appointments and have a constitution that stipulate that any health staff can become the health minister, Director or head of public health agency, provided they did not abuse their profession by migrating after being trained in Ghana. This will motivate the health professionals to stay in Ghana and work hard by dedication with the hope of possibly rising to become the health minister, health director or head of a health institution without political appointment but votes based of their performance and competence. You spent years abroad and return to be appointed a minister but you want others to stay in Ghana with hardship and small salaries. How selfish are you like that corrupt John Mahama of same feathers.
